MyTeamDesign was formed in 2008 as part of Tha BossKid Entertainment Group LLC. It was created as an accessible and inexpensive media design service for everybody and anybody, with needs for a quick and reliable solution for anything ranging from business/company logo designs, CD/DVD covers, web sites, My Space's and much much more!

What sets us apart from other companies is that we know and understand the importance and strength of simplicity as an extremely powerful tool to capture the eye of your audience, whether that is potential customers, fans or whoever it is you are trying to captivate and advertise to.

1) What do you design?
We design pretty much anything. For a detailed look at what we do and what we offer visit the SERVICES section of our web site. If that doesn't help then contact us to discuss anything that you haven't seen or found an answer to on our site.

2) How can I pay?
We accept payment through PayPal which is an extremely safe and efficient system that doesn't have you expose any of your credit card/bank details online. We will send you an email containing a link that you must click on. This link will take you directly to our PayPal web site page where you can submit your payment. All transactions are carried out on PayPal's worldwide secure servers that are situated outside of the MyTeam web site for maximum security. We do not store, submit or receive ANY of your bank details from PayPal.

3) What Credit cards do you except?
We accept payment with most major credit and debit cards. This includes: Visa/Visa Electron/Mastercard/Maestro/Switch/Solo & American Express.

4) Why are prices different for the UK and USA?
MyTeamDesign has offices in both Los Angeles, California and London, England. Prices are listed in both the currency of USD (United States Dollar $) and GBP (Great British Pound £). Price differences take into account exchange rates for both countries as well as processing and handling fee's.


5) How will I receive my order after I have paid?
Before anything is finalized we send you watermarked demos or screen shots of your final product to make sure that is to the standard you want. Then and only then will we request payment and when that is successfully received you will receive your complete order via email. Large services such as web sites may require that we send them as attachments or as a link that you can download straight to your PC.

6) How long will my order take to complete?
There is no set limit for how long it will take us to design your order. After initial discussion via email to establish exactly what you want we will work our hardest to have it made for you as quickly as possible. You can email us at any time for an update on your order.
